About Sacred Alignment
Sacred Alignment is located inside Suite B at Ribley Family Chiropractic in Woodstock, Georgia. At Sacred Alignment, we believe life is sacred and the alignment of the spine can greatly impact the quality of our life. While focusing on a vitalistic health approach, my goal is to have my patients leave the office more educated on movement, proper biomechanics, and a better understanding of how the body heals itself. For the adjustment and therapy skills, my techniques include Thompson drop table, full spine manual adjustments, light-force Activator and Arthrostim instrumentation adjustments, y-strap traction and adjustment, Post Isometric Relaxation Technique (PIRT) stretches and Back on Trac lumbar decompression chair. This is all done to improve motion in restricted regions as needed, improving nervous system flow, decreasing nervous system interference, and allowing the body to function at its maximum potential.
What To Expect
Currently, my new patient appointments are 30 minutes long. The following are included in all new patient appointments: Full set of X-rays, patient health history, exam, and consultation with Dr. Palmer or Dr. Bianca. You will be listened to and you will be heard during the entire appointment as we try our best to figure out the most accurate diagnosis and provide the most promising, individualized care plan. The expected care plan will be discussed on the 2nd visit or "Report of Findings" and will include specific muscles, exercises, and movements to do on your own, other posture habits tips and tricks to do at home, and generalized natural health advice and recommendations for the amount of adjustments needed for correction/maintenance. On that visit we will also go over the x-rays and any other additional findings. Every visit after that, you will have up to 15 minutes per regular appointment with Dr. Palmer or Dr. Bianca. Every regular adjustment appointment you will receive a thorough full-spine adjustment, a massage using the Hypervolt, and any questions will be answered regarding care.
